“Legacy” at The Berman Center for the Performing Arts

Legacy,

an award-winning play about the rescue of a Jewish family from Nazi Germany in 1939, is running at The Berman Center for the Performing Arts on the campus of the Jewish Community Center in West Bloomfield until November 22. The drama, written and directed by New York playwright, Shauna Kanter, is a dark but ultimately life-affirming vision of a terrifying time; it tells the story of David, an American who, on his death bed, announces that he rescued a family out of Nazi Germany.

Tickets are $20, $18 for seniors and $10 for students and are available at The Berman Center for the Performing Arts box office by calling 248-661-1900 or you can buy tickets at theberman.org.
