SeaPort-e is a multiple award contract and the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Information Technology and Program Management.

These Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts allow awardees to compete for task orders issued by Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research, and the U.S. Marine Corps. The Seaport-e contract vehicle was established in 2002 by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Centers to meet the wide variety of challenges that face the U.S. Navy and to increase efficiencies.
