Edward Polek had just about everything he hunted or fished mounted — and now most of it is on display at the Lloyd A. Stage Nature Center in Troy thanks to a 61-piece donation from the outdoorsman’s sons last month. The collection was appraised at more than $15,000, a museum official said.
