Oakland County Parks and Recreation hosts sports day for children with disabilities

Oakland County Parks and Recreation is sponsoring a Youth Abilities Special Fall Sports Day throughout the months of October and November. The program, for children with disabilities ages 6-18 years old, is held at the Boys and Girls Club in Royal Oak.

Available activities include parachute games, floor hockey, kickball, scooters and basketball. The event will be held Saturdays 9:30 – 11 a.m. Oct. 11, 18 and 25 and Nov. 1, 8 and 22.
