OU offers new Executive MBA program

Highly motivated professionals looking to become dynamic business leaders in the health care management and information systems industries are invited to attend an information session on the Executive MBA program in the School of Business Administration at Oakland University.

This informative event β€” set for 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 21, in Elliott Hall on the campus of Oakland University β€” provides an ideal setting to learn more about the application process, the program structure and more.

Faculty coordinators will be on hand to answer any questions prospective students may have, and current students will be available to share their thoughts about the program and the advantages it provides.

Dr. Molly Austin, an internist and 2009 graduate of EMBA program saw the program and its faculty as a perfect fit for what she needed to expand her career opportunities.

β€œThey really picked up on the need in medicine for people who understand technology and the need for building leaders,” Austin explained. β€œI really loved being in the Executive MBA program. It gave me incredible access to the faculty. Not only did I get the expertise in the classroom, I got to know them on a personal level.”
