NRM Streamcast in Farmington Hills and its local affiliate Streamcast Detroit today announced their digital streaming channel Hey19 will feature content dedicated to informing, educating, and entertaining metro Detroit residents during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Beginning today, Streamcast will partner with national, regional, and local sponsors and contributors to host live and on-demand 24/7 programming.

“As our nation continues to take steps to reduce the spread of the virus by closing educational institutions (and) places of work and gathering, we expect staggering amounts of people will be affected by the virus financially,” says Michael Shulman, CEO of NRM Streamcast. “One of our goals with Hey19 is to create entertaining content that helps businesses and organizations share their stories, and hopefully through that promotion, help mitigate some of the financial stress these businesses and organizations may be undergoing.”

Streamcast broadcasters include Darren McCarty, T.J. Lang, Terry Foster, and Tom Mazawey. Programming will include news, segments focused on business, family activities, and more.

The 24/7 channel is available here. Streamcast Detroit wants anyone with a means of developing content and support for businesses in need to contact hey@nrmstreamcast.com.
