One Point Solutions has been around for 11 years and the lowest annual growth it has experienced is 125 percent.
“That’s been through up and down markets,” says Ron Flannery, president of One Point Solutions. “We’re always growing.”
growth is the fuel that has driven the Highland-based firm to expand
from two to seven employees. Three of those have been hired within the
last five months and the company expects to add another 1-2 people by
the first quarter of next year.
And then there are the 5-10
independent contractors and the occasional intern the information
technology management firm gives work to. Some of those people or
others could be coming on full-time if the company hits its lofty goals
for growth in the next year.
“The next year could be through the roof with the new team we have put into place,” Flannery says.
Point Solutions helps small businesses find the best way to streamline
the management of their information via dashboard-based solutions. The
company also has built a
strong niche market around Informix and DB2. It has been a finalist for IBM’s Distinguished Achievement Awards for three years.
It has offices throughout the U.S. and is looking to open a couple more in places like New York City.
