Experts predict high-wage job growth in Oakland County


Oakland County has more than bounced back from the Great Recession with 15% job growth in the last five years — almost double the rate for the rest of the state, according to a University of Michigan study.

The return of boom times to the  county  is expected to go on for at least three years, with one in three new jobs being a high-wage worker earning at least $75,000 a year, the study said.
