Private gardens in Franklin, Bloomfield Hills, Bingham Farms and West Bloomfield Hills will be showcased in the Franklin Garden Club’s 26th annual garden walk on June 9.
“Gardens of Beauty for Relaxation” is the theme for this year’s walk, which runs 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m.
All of the selected gardens nurture your soul, said Karen DeWald of West Bloomfield, a member of the Franklin Branch of the Woman’s National Farm & Garden Association.
Garden club members plan to host a salad luncheon buffet, with seatings at 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Franklin Community Church, 26425 Wellington Road. This option typically sells out, so early reservations are advised. Luncheon tickets cost $10.
