Ludwig+ Branding, Business Acceleration Company Opens in Bingham Farms

Ludwig+, a brand transformation and business acceleration company, has opened in Bingham Farms. Barbara Yolles, a 30-year advertising industry veteran, and Bill Ludwig, former CEO of Campbell Ewald, launched the company with Yolles as owner and CEO and Ludwig as creative chairman.

The husband-and-wife team have seven clients and more than 25 team members. The company has been in business since the beginning of the summer. The office is located at 30300 Telegraph Suite 3.

“We have to evolve from brand cop to brand and business conductor,” says Yolles. “We have to reimagine the category, inspire advocacy and brand champions, rally the entire organization, and develop growth strategies in which every effort and every action is purposeful and driving ROI.”

Yolles was previously chief strategy officer and chief marketing officer for TMS, a national mortgage lender, as well as United Shore and United Wholesale Mortgage. She has also served as chief marketing officer for Campbell Ewald, chief growth officer for McCann NA, and executive vice president and client service director of Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal.

Ludwig has worked as a brand consultant for financial services, entertainment, and automotive clients since leaving Campbell Ewald in July 2013, where he began as a copywriter and eventually became chief creative officer and CEO. He was appointed chair of the Michigan Film Office by former Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder.

The company aims to bring a collaborative, inter-disciplinary approach to its work, and its capabilities include brand image, positioning and architecture, strategy, creative, technology product and development, media planning and buying, digital and social, production, video, editing and animation, and public relations.
